Is the one that flushes the deluxe one?
Yes. The deluxe unit is the one that flushes. It has a foot-pump flush, a sink with its own fresh water, soap, paper towels and toilet paper, and a lid that closes so nobody looks into the tank. It needs no plumbing, hose or power, and it's our most booked party upgrade.

What does a deluxe flushing unit look like?
These are real photos of our deluxe flushing unit setups, showing outside, inside and placement on site. Every unit is pumped, pressure-washed and restocked at the 34th Street yard before it leaves, and event units never double as jobsite units.

Can guests see inside a deluxe unit at night?
Not well without help. Deluxe units have a translucent roof that lights them in daytime but no electric lights. For evening events, we stick battery lights inside each unit at drop-off and pull them at pickup. Restroom trailers have built-in lights if you need full lighting.
A host comparing deluxe units asked, "But you can't see inside of them at night, right?" She was right. Night lighting is now a checkbox on every evening quote, so nobody has to buy stick-on lights at the dollar store.
Is a deluxe unit bigger than a handicap unit?
No. A deluxe flushing unit is about 47 by 47 inches. A wheelchair-accessible unit is about 62 by 62 inches, and an ADA-compliant unit is about 66 by 86.5 inches. If a guest uses a wheelchair, rent one accessible unit beside your deluxe units rather than relying on the deluxe.

Two deluxe units or a restroom trailer?
Two deluxe flushing units start around $445 each and need no power or water. A 2-station restroom trailer starts at $1,800 and needs a 110–120V outlet and a hose, or a generator. For one-day parties under 100 guests, two deluxe units are usually the better value.
One caller quoted a 2-stall trailer with a generator said, "I don't want to pay that much for one day." Two deluxe flushing units covered her party for well under half the price, delivered the day before and picked up Monday.

Every question below was asked on a real rental call. The short answer comes first, then the conditions that change it.
Is the one that flushes the deluxe one?
Yes. The deluxe unit has a foot-pump flush, a sink with fresh water, soap and paper towels. It needs no plumbing. It's the usual pick for birthdays, graduations and weddings when guests expect more than a jobsite unit.
Can people see inside at night?

Does it come stocked with toilet paper?
Yes. Every unit arrives pumped, sanitized and stocked with toilet paper. Standard units have hand sanitizer. Deluxe units and handwash stations add soap and paper towels. Long-term units are restocked every week.
What time will it show up?
Drop-offs run 8 AM to 5 PM, and the driver calls about 30 minutes ahead. You can ask for morning or afternoon. Event units go out the day before so the timing never squeezes your setup.
What if the weather forecast turns bad?
Cancel free up to 24 hours before drop-off. For a Saturday event, that's Thursday by 3 PM. If storms or a dust event threaten, call and we'll move your date instead of cancelling. Weather isn't your fault, and we don't charge for it.
