Payment

Payment is due at booking by Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover. Card payments carry a 3% processing fee. Business accounts may be invoiced. Website prices are starting prices before sales tax, and your signed invoice controls.

Rental periods and renewal

Event packages cover drop-off, your event dates and pickup on the next business day. Construction and monthly rentals bill in 28-day cycles and renew each cycle until you request pickup. A one-time removal fee applies at the end of a long-term rental.

Cancellation and weather

Cancel at least 24 hours before scheduled drop-off for a full refund. For Saturday events that means Thursday by 3 PM. Cancellations inside 24 hours may be charged the delivery portion. Dates affected by storms, hail, dust events or freezes can be rescheduled at no charge. Refunds post in 3–5 business days.

Delivery and access

Drop-offs run Monday–Saturday, 8 AM–5 PM local time. New Mexico sites are quoted in Mountain Time. You provide clear access, placement instructions, gate codes and a reachable contact. If the driver can't safely place a unit, a trip fee may apply.

Placement, right-of-way and wind

Units go where you direct on private property. Use of a city right-of-way may need a permit, which the renter obtains. We stake or strap units on exposed sites. Don't remove stakes or straps. We aren't responsible for minor ruts or marks on lawns, caliche or driveways from normal delivery.

Servicing and winter

Long-term units are serviced weekly unless your invoice shows otherwise. During forecast hard freezes we may change handwash service or add winter treatment, and we'll text you. Blocked or locked units may still be billed for the visit.

Damage and misuse

You're responsible for the unit from drop-off to pickup. Vandalism, fire, tipping or moving the unit, graffiti, and items in the tank that don't belong will be billed at repair or replacement cost. Trailer hitches are left unlocked only by written agreement, and only licensed drivers may move them.

Quotes

Quotes are valid for 7 days. Holiday weekends, game days, rush orders and far routes may be priced differently, and every difference appears on the quote before you book.
