Privacy Policy
How Scott Rental Works handles what you give us. Effective October 6, 2026.
What we collect
The quote form collects your delivery ZIP, phone, dates, unit type, quantity and guest or crew size. Phone bookings add your name, email, address, placement notes and card details. The ZIP checker runs in your browser and doesn't send your ZIP to us.
Form processing
Quote requests are delivered to us through Web3Forms, a form-processing service. We don't store card numbers on this website.
Weather data
The wind reading on our pages is fetched by your browser from the National Weather Service (api.weather.gov). It doesn't send any personal information about you.
How we use it
We use your information only to quote, schedule, deliver, service, bill and pick up your rental, and to contact you about it. We never sell or rent your information.
Calls
Calls may be recorded for quality and training. Call data we publish is anonymized, with no names, numbers or addresses.
Cookies and analytics
We may use privacy-respecting analytics to count page views, calls and quote requests. Google Fonts may log IP addresses under Google's policy.
Retention and choices
Booking records are kept for accounting, typically up to 7 years. Unbooked quote requests are deleted after 12 months. Call (806) 301-4747 to see, correct or delete your information, or reply STOP to any text.
Children
This site isn't directed to children under 13.
