Barn, ranch or backyard: deluxe units or a trailer?
Choose deluxe flushing units for barn and ranch venues without power, for sites with soft ground after rain, and for weddings under 100 guests. Choose a trailer for 100+ guests, formal dress and venues with a 110–120V outlet and a hose. Trailers bring A/C, which matters when July highs average 93°F.

When should I book wedding restrooms?
Book deluxe units 4–8 weeks ahead and trailers 3 or more months ahead for spring and fall Saturdays. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before drop-off. Units arrive the day before so the venue is ready for the rehearsal and the vendors.
A host quoted a 2-stall trailer with a generator for a one-day event wanted something less expensive. Two deluxe flushing units, fully stocked with toilet paper, sanitizer, soap and paper towels, came to well under half the price.
What callers ask before they book
Every question below was asked on a real rental call. The short answer comes first, then the conditions that change it.
Is the one that flushes the deluxe one?
Yes. The deluxe unit has a foot-pump flush, a sink with fresh water, soap and paper towels. It needs no plumbing. It's the usual pick for birthdays, graduations and weddings when guests expect more than a jobsite unit.
Can people see inside at night?
Standard and deluxe units have a translucent roof that lights them by day, but no electric lights. For evening events we add stick-on battery lights inside each unit. Restroom trailers have built-in lighting and work with a generator.
How much is a restroom trailer?
Two-station trailers start at $1,800 for an event. Three-station trailers start around $2,900. Trailers need a 110–120V outlet and a hose, and if the site has no power we add a generator, which raises the price. Two deluxe flushing units are the lower-cost option.
Is a deluxe unit cheaper than a trailer?
Yes. A pair of deluxe flushing units with sinks starts at about $445 each, versus $1,800 or more for a 2-station trailer. Deluxe units need no power or water, but they're single-stall with no A/C or built-in lights.
What time will it show up?
Drop-offs run 8 AM to 5 PM, and the driver calls about 30 minutes ahead. You can ask for morning or afternoon. Event units go out the day before so the timing never squeezes your setup.
What if the weather forecast turns bad?
Cancel free up to 24 hours before drop-off. For a Saturday event, that's Thursday by 3 PM. If storms or a dust event threaten, call and we'll move your date instead of cancelling. Weather isn't your fault, and we don't charge for it.
Where's the best spot for it?
The best spot is level and firm, within about 10 feet of where our truck can park. Keep it 20 feet or more from food, downwind of seating, and in afternoon shade in summer. On new-build lots, keep it clear of the slab, the dumpster and material drops.
